There is no charge for three consecutive months, and the system will not automatically charge every month. After the system automatically charges, the SMS service will be resumed. Customers can open SMS service through counter, personal online banking and personal bank payment, and only need to pay monthly usage fee. After the arrears are paid successfully, the SMS service can be resumed.

The specific operation of paying arrears is as follows:

1. Counter channel: customers can pay fees at any outlets in China with valid identity documents and bank cards with SMS service.

2. personal online banking: security > SMS > SMS payment.

3. personal banking: home > all > assistant > SMS notification.

Tips: You don't need to verify the secure medium to pay the arrears through personal online banking and personal banking channels. Only when the customer is in arrears can you see the payment menu.
