First, further strengthen the control of Bozhou Railway Station, South high-speed railway station, bus terminal, expressway and ordinary highway, and carry out temperature measurement and health registration check for all people who come to Bozhou.

2. Anyone who comes to Bo by road, railway, etc. must take the initiative to take the temperature test when entering this city and fill in the health registration form truthfully. In order to improve the traffic efficiency and reduce the waiting time in line, please fill in the personal health registration information through the mobile phone network in advance before departure or on the way, and keep the screenshot of the QR code after successful submission for road prevention and control, accommodation and renting, employment, community access, etc.

Three, for refusing to accept health registration inspection and other prevention and control measures, which constitutes a violation of public security management, the public security organs shall give administrative penalties for public security according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

I. Entry for Health Registration Application

There are three entry points for health registration application 1 * *.

1. After entering Bozhou City, the personnel received a short message from the communication operator to remind them to register for health, and click the link address to register.

2. Scan the QR code of the duty point at the expressway, national highway bayonet and site for registration.

Scan this QR code through the scanning function of third-party apps such as WeChat, Alipay and Know-it-all, and enter the health registration interface of the floating population in Bozhou City.

3. Log in to the "Health Registration of Persons Coming to Bozhou" of the "Know-it-all" APP and submit the registration.

Open the Know-it-all App, select the branch to Bozhou City, find the home page "Health Registration for People Coming to Bozhou" or "Health Registration for People Returning to the City", click to open the information registration page, fill in personal real information on the registration page, and click Submit.

Two, fill in the "Bozhou personnel health information registration form".

Click "Fill in Registration Form" to enter the information registration page, fill in personal real information on the registration page, and click "Submit" button.

Third, save the screenshot and show the verification QR code.

1. Save the QR code of the mobile phone screenshot submitted successfully.

After successful submission, you must save a screenshot of the QR code for the prevention and control personnel to check.

2. Show the verification QR code to the inspector.

Fourth, review the verification QR code of the visitors.

The auditor of the workplace opens the "Wanshitong" APP, selects the branch to "Bozhou City", finds the home page "Health Registration Management Platform for Returnees", clicks the login page, enters the audit account and password, and completes the system login.

2. Scan the code to view the personnel application information.

Click View and the QR code will be scanned. Just scan the QR code generated after the health registration of people coming to Bozhou provided by the applicant.

After scanning the QR code, check the information of the applicants; Click Review, and click Yes or No according to the actual situation. The QR code applied by each person can only be used once, and repeated scanning of the QR code will pop up a reminder.

3. Examination and approval information query

Click View Registration Record to view the list of approved registrants; Click one of the records to view the details of the record.

Attachment: Precautions for registration and login of Know-it-all APP

Scan the QR code to download and install the know-it-all APP, and display the know-it-all APP icon on the mobile phone after installation.

Open the know-it-all app, switch to Bozhou Branch Office, click on the lower right corner to enter the login interface, click on the upper right corner to register, and the login interface will appear, as shown below:

Come out of the interface, enter your mobile phone number and password, click Send Activation Code to get your mobile phone verification code, and follow the prompts to complete the registration. As shown in the figure below:

You can also use Alipay, a third-party application, to authorize login in the login interface that appears, as shown below:

After the registration is completed, return to the login interface and enter the account password to log in. As shown in the following figure
