Why does my mobile phone keep receiving SMS reminders from 10086?

100 is not a matter of customized service, nor is it a crazy reminder of 100. To put it bluntly, it is a mobile system problem, which is a system error, but I strongly demand mobile compensation (PS: I also need to confirm whether you have installed the software to update the phone bill inquiry:)
