1. From the date of this circular, all people who return from key epidemic areas must take the initiative to register in their communities and village committees or call 1 10 to report to the public security organs within 4 hours after arriving in Zhoucun, so as to receive relevant testing and services and conduct nucleic acid testing at designated nucleic acid testing points. For those who refuse to carry out nucleic acid testing, refuse to carry out isolated medical observation in accordance with regulations, fail to report truthfully or deliberately conceal facts such as residence history, travel history, contact history and cases, the public security organs will investigate the legal responsibilities of the relevant personnel according to law.

If the consequences are not reported truthfully, the legal responsibility of the relevant personnel shall be investigated according to law. Eight, during the epidemic prevention and control, to ensure the health and safety of the people's epidemic prevention materials production enterprises and hospitals, supermarkets, pharmacies and daily necessities in normal operation, strictly implement the responsibility of epidemic prevention, to prevent the spread of the virus.

9. During the epidemic prevention and control period, the public security organs will severely crack down on all kinds of illegal and criminal acts such as spreading rumors, malicious slander attacks, deliberately spreading viruses, hurting medical personnel, disrupting medical order, and resolutely safeguard the overall social stability.

Ten, during the epidemic prevention and control, the masses should pay attention to strengthen personal protection, wash their hands, ventilation, disinfection, no dinner, no party; Try to avoid going to closed or crowded public places.
