The interview process of foreign companies is similar, which is briefly introduced as follows:

The first is the telephone interview and the expected working status. Have a preliminary understanding. Then enter the professional interview after successfully passing the customs, which will be conducted by the professional leaders of the department. Chatting seems easy, but it contains a lot of professional information. After all, everyone is a colleague, and you can ask your level in a few words. This conversation lasted about an hour.

Then it's over. The whole process takes about one day. Scientific, reasonable and compact, it is a relatively level interview process.
