Notice on the orderly lifting of static management within the region and the implementation of normalized prevention and control

Since the implementation of global static management in our district on April 20, 7 consecutive measures have been carried out across the region. After a round of nucleic acid testing, except for one asymptomatic infection screened out at a centralized isolation point on April 22, all other test results were negative. After thorough research and judgment, the static management is scheduled to be lifted from 6 a.m. on April 28. We will continue to make regular epidemic prevention and control announcements as follows:

1. Lift the static management within the region in an orderly manner. Key villages continue to strictly implement control in accordance with policy requirements, and other personnel can move in an orderly manner.

2. Strictly implement a reporting system for people coming from outside the city. People coming from outside the city must report 48 hours in advance and implement corresponding prevention and control measures in strict accordance with the requirements. For those who do not take the initiative to declare or deliberately conceal information, causing the spread of the epidemic, the public security organs will hold the parties legally responsible in accordance with the law.

3. Strictly control the gathering of people. Residents must consciously abide by epidemic prevention policies, refrain from gathering or gathering in large groups, implement normal epidemic prevention measures such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, disinfecting and ventilating, and do a good job in self-health monitoring.

4. Actively vaccinate. Vaccination against COVID-19 is currently the safest, most economical and most effective way to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic. People who meet the vaccination requirements are asked to take the initiative to complete the full course of vaccination as soon as possible to speed up the construction of a universal immunity barrier.

Unlocking does not mean lifting prevention. We hope that residents will consciously assume the responsibility for epidemic prevention and fulfill their obligations. In particular, residents who are undergoing home quarantine, home health monitoring, and those who are in sealed or controlled villages must do so. We must put the overall situation first, strictly implement various prevention and control measures, and cherish the hard-won prevention and control results.
