Notice of the Taishan Scenic Area Management Committee on prohibiting the sale and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers.

In order to strengthen the safety management of fireworks and firecrackers, ensure the safety of people's lives and property, further improve the air quality and urban and rural environment, and promote the construction of civilized cities and scenic spots. According to relevant laws, administrative regulations and local regulations, such as "People's Republic of China (PRC) Air Pollution Prevention Law", "People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Administration Punishment Law", "Fireworks Safety Management Regulations" and "Tai 'an Fireworks Management Regulations", the Taishan Scenic Area Management Committee decided to completely ban the sale, discharge and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers in the whole scenic area. We hereby notify you as follows:

Throughout the scenic area, no unit or individual is allowed to set off fireworks and firecrackers, hold fireworks parties and other large-scale fireworks display activities.

Second, public security, emergency management, transportation, market supervision, comprehensive law enforcement and other departments should carry out special actions to crack down on fireworks and firecrackers, especially to intensify investigations in urban-rural fringe and rural areas, and severely crack down on illegal production, management, storage, transportation and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers.

Third, all departments, units and towns should implement their territorial responsibilities, coordinate the work of banning sales, burning and releasing, increase publicity and guidance, and carry out all-round publicity activities of banning sales, burning and releasing through mobile cars, banners, posters, letters, radio, television, newspapers, internet, WeChat and rural gatherings, so that the people in scenic spots can quickly lift the ban.

Four, enterprises and institutions and the broad masses of the people should consciously abide by the provisions of this notice, not to sell, set off fireworks, and actively discourage and stop illegal fireworks, and actively report illegal sales, transportation, storage and discharge of fireworks.
