If the message cannot be sent normally after the retransmission mechanism (that is, the state of the mobile phone has not returned to normal), the message will be deleted. The rules of the retransmission mechanism are as follows:

The first stage: the retransmission interval is 1 hour, and the number of retransmissions is 2 times;

The second stage: the retransmission interval is 5 hours and the number of retransmissions is 2 times;

Stage 3: the retransmission interval is 10 hour, and the number of retransmissions is 4 times.
