Why is there no SMS reminder for the deposit and withdrawal of ABC? How to set it? Thank you.

You can register your personal information service in the following ways:

1. Counter: Please bring your valid certificate, debit card or quasi-credit card to any branch in China for signing the contract. Some branches support the signing of current settlement passbook, and you can go through the signing formalities at any branch of the tier-one branch where you open an account. (Can't do it instead)

2. Online Banking: Please log in to personal online banking and click "Settings → Message Service → Open".

3. Personal Banking: Please log in to the Personal Banking APP and click "All → Local → SMS Service → Sign up".

4. Telephone banking: Please dial 95599 to sign the debit card information service through telephone banking.

5. Self-service terminal: Please bring your bank card to any domestic self-service terminal equipment to sign the contract through "message customization" (due to the business differences of each branch, please refer to the actual function display of the equipment).

6. If you use our credit card, you can log in to Zhangyin APP and click "Credit Card → Settings → SMS Service → Apply for Opening" or call our credit card center hotline 4006695599 to open the SMS reminder service for full transfer.

Tips:

1. By default, the Bank's second-class account bank card opens SMS notification service without charge.

2. Unable to enable the foreign mobile phone number to receive the message service of my mobile phone account.

3. Because the mobile phone number in our system has no real name, there may be financial risks in registering someone else's mobile phone number. It is recommended to reserve your own mobile phone number when handling.
