During the restriction period, vehicles for military, police, fire fighting, first aid, emergency rescue, environmental law enforcement, postal express, insurance inspection, rescue, garden sanitation operation, vehicles for municipal facilities maintenance, buses, buses, taxis, commuter buses, school buses, funeral vehicles in funeral parlours, administrative law enforcement vehicles, new energy vehicles, special vehicles for the disabled and vehicles for people's livelihood security are excluded.
