1. Parties who are unable to participate in litigation activities at Honggang Court due to epidemic prevention and control measures can choose to use the "Heilongjiang Mobile Micro Court" WeChat applet and the Heilongjiang Court Litigation Service Network , the People's Court lawyer service platform handles litigation matters such as case filing, fee payment, file review, pre-litigation mediation, and application for preservation. All parties are encouraged to choose online methods to participate in litigation as much as possible, and try to choose electronic delivery methods to receive legal documents served by Honggang Court.

2. Adhere to the paperless process of online case filing, and review and process the online case filing materials submitted by the parties within seven days. If the online case filing has been reviewed and approved, the parties concerned do not need to submit additional paper materials during the case filing stage. For cross-domain case filing applications submitted by foreign cooperative courts, timely confirmation and acceptance will be processed and reviewed. Strictly implement the one-time comprehensive notification requirement. If the prosecution materials are incomplete or do not meet the requirements, the one-time notification will be completed or corrected within a time limit.

3. Parties who are inconvenient to participate in the litigation online can participate in the litigation by mailing materials. 4. The litigation service center of our court is currently open normally. You can still submit materials or handle other litigation matters on-site through the window.
