After successfully making a reservation, you need to pay an information service fee of 3 yuan. The registration fee is payable when you take the number.

After the user reserves the number source through the website or service personnel, the system will send a "reservation confirmation" text message to the mobile phone, requiring you to reply "1" for confirmation.

After receiving the confirmation message, the system will automatically deduct an information service fee of 3 yuan from the user's mobile phone fee and send a SMS notification of successful appointment to the mobile phone.

No fee will be deducted if the reservation is unsuccessful. If the user cannot go to the hospital on time to pick up a number for treatment due to his or her own reasons, the appointment will automatically become invalid and the appointment service fee will not be refunded.

After successfully making an appointment, the system will automatically save the user’s appointment record.

On the day of treatment, you need to go to the location designated by the hospital to pick up the number within the number-picking time specified by the hospital, and pay the registration fee specified by the hospital. Overdue appointments will automatically be invalidated.
