2. If you can't apply for an electronic card, you can call 12345 or consult the district and town epidemic prevention and control headquarters.

3. Districts and towns provide free nucleic acid sampling by setting convenient sampling points, which is convenient for daily commuters to detect nucleic acids. Commuters are required to take nucleic acid samples every day, upload a 24-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate, and update the e-card and e-card, which will be valid within 24 hours.

4. During commuting, commuters should go back and forth in a point-to-point closed loop, keep the unit and residence at two points and one line, and don't go to the town where the high-risk area is located; Do a good job in monitoring body temperature and symptoms, strengthen personal protection, and do not participate in various gathering activities; Live with people and contact colleagues to implement nucleic acid detection requirements according to regulations; Guide the truck to continue to pass the high-speed inspection.

5. For people who travel to and from the town where the high-incidence area in Shanghai is located, or those who have lived in the town where other local positive infected people are located within 14 days, the "7-day centralized isolation +7-day home health monitoring" will be implemented, and commuting will not be opened for the time being.

6. Every citizen is the first responsible person for health. Commuters should consciously assume the responsibility of prevention and control, and strictly implement the epidemic prevention policies in Shanghai and Kunming.
