Notice of the Development Zone Culture, Education and Health Bureau on ensuring epidemic prevention and control for the start of the fall semester

1. School opening arrangements:

September for primary and secondary school students in Langfang Development Zone School will start at a staggered start on the 1st. After August 17, teachers, students and employees in the development zone will not leave the corridor.

2. Specific start time:

September 1st to September 2nd: Grades 1 and 6 of elementary school, Grades 7 and 9 of junior high school, and all grades of high school;

September 3rd to September 4th: second, third, fourth and fifth grade in elementary school, eighth grade in junior high school.

Note: Kindergartens are implemented in the same way as schools in the compulsory education stage.

3. Faculty, staff and students should return to the school location 14 days before the start of the school year. They should not gather in groups, have fewer gatherings, do personal protection and health monitoring, and return to school on time. People in corridors should try to avoid taking public transportation. If they must take public transportation, they should wear masks and take personal protective measures to reduce contact and stay time.

4. All teachers and students must bring relevant certificates before returning to work and school:

① Faculty, staff and students over 12 years old:

Nucleic acid test within 72 hours Negative certificate;

New coronavirus vaccination certificate;

"14-day body temperature test form".

②Students under 12 years old:

Certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 72 hours; "14-day body temperature test form".

5. Requirements for returning to the corridor:

① Teachers and students in the corridor in low-risk areas must stay in the school for 14 days and complete nucleic acid testing as required;

② Counties where medium- and high-risk areas are located and teachers and students who have lived in the area within 14 days will not return to the corridor for the time being. They can only return to the corridor after the area is reduced to a low-risk area. After returning to the corridor, health monitoring will be implemented for 14 days, and a nucleic acid test will be conducted on the day of arrival and 7 days later. After the health monitoring period expires, students can only return to school with a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours.

Teachers and students in other counties within the city level where medium- and high-risk areas are located can return to the corridor. After returning to the corridor, health monitoring will be implemented for 14 days, and a nucleic acid test will be conducted on the day of arrival and 7 days later. After the health monitoring period expires, students can only return to school with a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours.

If the family members of teachers, students and employees who live together have the above situation, after the family members of teachers, students and employees have been in the corridor for 14 days and the nucleic acid test is negative, the teachers, students and employees must prove that the nucleic acid test has been negative within 72 hours. Only with proof can you return to school. If you or your family members living together are currently confirmed cases, nucleic acid test positive, suspected cases, or close contacts, you will not be allowed to return to school for the time being.

③ Teachers and students with symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, etc. will not return to school for the time being. After being treated and asymptomatic and approved by the school, they can return to school with a negative nucleic acid test certificate.

④ Teachers and students with other abnormal circumstances should contact their school and strictly refer to the "Langfang Development Zone School Opening Work Plan for the Fall Semester 2021".
