What if Apple 6 Momo can't receive the information?

What should I do if there is no hint in the new news of Momo?

Some friends may encounter the problem of suddenly not receiving the prompt information when using Momo. Momo didn't receive the news for several reasons. Here, take the iPhone version of Momo as an example, which is introduced separately below.

Click the "Message Notification" column in the Momo Settings list, as shown in the figure.

Then please check whether these message notification options in the figure below are turned on, as shown in the figure below.

If you confirm that all message notifications are turned on, click the "Exit Current Account" column at the bottom of the settings list, as shown in the figure below.

Then click "OK" button to exit the current Momo account. After logging out, let's try logging in again and see if we can solve the problem without prompt information.
