The registration step is divided into four steps:

1. registered as a user of the online registration system of the examination center of the Ministry of Education.

2. Pre-stored examination fees

Note: Online payment: You can make online payment by clicking the corresponding online payment button of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China or China Merchants Bank.

You will be directed to the secure website of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China or China Merchants Bank. Please complete the payment procedure according to the requirements of the bank.

After the payment is completed, please record the transaction number provided by the bank so that it can be used to check and inquire about your payment in the future.

Usually, the IELTS registration system of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education will receive your payment confirmation immediately.

However, in rare cases, the banking system will delay the confirmation of the candidates' payment to the registration system of the examination center of the Ministry of Education.

Therefore, please log on to the registration website of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education 24 hours later to verify your payment and registration status.

If you still don't see the confirmation of your payment, please call the IELTS service hotline of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education for help.

4. Fill in the IELTS registration form and confirm the payment.

After selecting the examination position, there is a button to fill in the registration form and confirm the payment on the "My Status" webpage. Click this button and you can fill in the IELTS registration form.

Before entering the IELTS registration form page, you must read the IELTS candidates' instructions in detail. After reading it, click the button next to "I have read the above instructions and agree to fully abide by the above terms". If you refuse to click this button, you will not be able to continue the registration process.

When you see the IELTS registration form, please follow the instructions on the screen. Please note that the system does not allow you to enter your name, gender, birthday, ID number, test date and test center repeatedly, because you have already entered the above information.

When you complete the IELTS registration form, click the submit button and accept the candidate's statement. After that, the system will guide you to the "Pay with Balance" page, which will display your current balance and prompt you to confirm the payment of the exam fee. After confirming the payment of the examination fee, you have completed all the registration steps.
