My Samsung n719 cannot send or receive text messages. How could it be? Even if it is formatted, it won’t work.

If your mobile phone cannot send and receive text messages, it is recommended that you:

1. Check whether the mobile phone bill is sufficient.

2. Try moving the location, which may be related to the signal in your location.

3. 4. Please check whether a blacklist is set up. Settings-click call/message blocking-click message blocking, select to block registered numbers and phrases-click message blocking list and delete the numbers in it.

5. Whether to set an upper limit for SMS reception, it is recommended to turn it off.

6. Whether third-party communication software is installed, it may receive text messages on your behalf. It is recommended to uninstall it.

7. Try changing to another SIM card, shut down and restart to observe.

If the problem persists, it is recommended that you bring your purchase invoice and warranty card and send your phone to the nearest Samsung service center for testing.
