In accordance with the "Measures for Open Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions in Jiangsu Province" and other regulations, the relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Application conditions

1. Possess the nationality of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China , abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China;

3. Have the physical fitness to meet the requirements of the position Conditions;

2. Registration

(1) Registration method

Registration is conducted online. Registration, photo upload, preliminary qualification review, and payment are all performed simultaneously online.

2. The preliminary qualification review time is from 09:00 on January 5, 2015 to 16:00 on January 16, 2015.

3. Payment time: January 5, 2015 09:00-January 17, 2015 12:00.

4. Applicants must submit their registration information online. 24 hours after registration, they can go to the registration website to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification review. After passing the preliminary qualification review, candidates must pay the relevant fees online using a bank card with online payment function. After the payment is completed, the registration will be valid.

5. According to the provisions of Jiangsu Provincial Price Bureau and Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance's "Reply Letter on Clarifying the Examination Fee Policy for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions" (Su Price and Fee Letter [2007] No. 146), applications are collected The written examination fee for personnel is 100 yuan per person.

6. Failure to confirm registration qualifications, upload photos, and pay fees online on time will be deemed as invalid registration.

(3) Receive Admission Ticket

Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification review will be notified by the recruiting unit to collect the admission ticket through text messages, phone calls, emails, etc.

(4) Registration precautions

1. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online prompts, and upload a recent two-inch front view without a hat (35×45 mm) ID photo, jpg format, size less than 20Kb.

The recruitment department will conduct review based on the information provided by the applicants. Applicants who commit fraud will be disqualified once verified.

2. The written examination opening ratio is 1:3. If the examination opening ratio is not reached, the recruitment position will be reduced or cancelled, and an announcement will be made on the provincial human resources and social security website. Those who applied for the canceled positions can log in to the public recruitment platform of Jiangsu Provincial Institutions from 9:00-16:00 on January 20, 2015 to apply for other qualified positions.

3. Applicants can only choose one position from the job list to apply for.

After passing the qualification review, the registration information cannot be changed. Applicants who fail to pass the preliminary qualification review can apply for other positions that meet the qualifications during the registration period. Applicants must use a valid second-generation resident ID card to register, and the ID card used during registration and the examination room must be consistent.

4. Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

① Active military personnel, non-fresh graduates from ordinary universities;

3. Exam subjects, time and implementation methods

The examination methods are: written examination and interview.

(1) The content of the written test is professional knowledge related to the job.

(2) The written test will be held in late January 2015. The recruiting unit will notify applicants to participate in the written test by text message, phone call, email, etc. Applicants will take the written test at the time and place specified on the admission ticket.

(3) The total score of the written test is 100 points, and the total score of 60 points on the paper test is considered as passing. Among those who have passed the written test, the interview candidates will be determined based on the number of people to be hired for each recruitment position in a ratio of 1:3 based on the order of scores from high to low (if the number of people who pass the written test for the position is less than 3, the interview candidates will be determined based on the actual number). The results of the written examination will be announced on the website of the Personnel Office of Yangzhou University, and applicants can inquire with their admission tickets.

(4) The list of interviewees will be published on the website of the Personnel Office of Yangzhou University. Before the interview, the recruiting unit will check the original documents of the applicants for qualification review.

(5) The interview will be conducted in accordance with the interview methods formulated by Yangzhou University. The interview method will be communicated to applicants via text messages, emails, etc. The interview results will be notified to the applicants on the spot by the chief judge.

(6) The total interview score is 100 points, and the passing mark is 60 points.

(7) The total score of the applicants will be calculated using a hundred-point system. The written test score is 30% and the interview score is 70% and will be included in the final score.

This recruitment is planned to be completed within 60 working days.

4. Recruitment

After the examination, the total score of the applicant will be determined according to the total score calculation method, and the candidates will be ranked from high scores to low scores according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment position. Determine who will participate in the physical examination. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "General Physical Examination Standards for National Civil Servants Recruitment (Trial)". When a recruitment position becomes vacant due to failure in the physical examination or other reasons, a one-time replacement will be made to take the physical examination.

The employer will organize an assessment for those who pass the physical examination, and determine the list of personnel to be hired based on the assessment and physical examination results. The list of personnel to be hired will be published on the Jiangsu Provincial Human Resources and Social Security website and the Yangzhou University Personnel Office website for 7 working days. The content of the announcement includes the recruiting unit, position name, name of the person to be hired, current work or study unit, various results of the recruitment examination, total score, ranking, etc.

For those who have no objections to the announcement, Yangzhou University will handle the relevant employment procedures and sign an employment contract with them after being filed with the provincial human resources and social security department. The contract period is 3 years. No replacement will be made after employment approval. The probation period for employees who are employed for the first time is 12 months, and the probation period for other employees is 3 months. After the probation period, if they pass the assessment, they will be appointed and graded.
