Can the SMS reminder of ABC debit card be exempted?

Agricultural Bank debit card can apply for exemption from annual fee, but SMS notification fee cannot be exempted. Individual customers have only one unique account in our bank (excluding credit cards and VIP accounts). Since August 1 2065438, the Bank has voluntarily reduced the annual fee and small account management fee of this account. If the bank account (excluding credit card) opened in our bank does not enjoy the free account management fee (including small account management fee) and annual fee, the cardholder should take the initiative to apply for a free account at any branch of our bank with his ID card to provide you with an account free of account management fee (including small account management fee) and annual fee (excluding credit card and VIP account). If the existing salary and pension accounts meet the conditions of double exemption, no new double exemption accounts will be handled for customers.
