How does Ctrip get the ticket refund and cancel the order?

Ctrip refunds and cancels orders as follows:

1. Open Ctrip's mobile phone application, enter the home page, and click the "My" button in the lower right corner to enter the personal page. On the personal homepage, find and click all the order options.

2. Enter the order list. In the order list, find the ticket grabbing order that needs to be cancelled, and click to enter the order details page.

3. On the order details page, find and click the Cancel Order button. In the pop-up prompt box, click Confirm Cancel or similar button to cancel the order.
