How to cancel the calling card

To cancel the calling card, you can take the following methods:

1. Bring your ID card to the business hall: users need to bring the original ID card to the business hall of their operator, fill out the cancellation application form and pay the relevant fees.

2. Handling through the operator APP: Open the operator APP and enter the "My" page. Find the Logout option, and then click Enter. Fill in the relevant information according to the prompt and submit the application. The operator will cancel after approval.

3. Customer service phone handling: users can call the operator's customer service phone and log off according to the voice prompt.
