Notice on Receiving the Professional Qualification Certificate of Class I Construction Engineer in Xinxiang City, Henan Province in 2020

According to the Supplementary Notice of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Henan Province on Issues Concerning the Administration of Issuing Professional Qualification Certificates for Professional and Technical Personnel (Yujian Jiao Ren [2019] No.360), the professional qualification certificate of the first-class builder will be issued from now on. In order to facilitate the issuance of certificates and the collection of candidates, the relevant matters are hereby clarified as follows:

First, the professional qualification certificate of the first-class constructor must be obtained by the candidate himself with the original and photocopy of the ID card.

2. Certificate collection time: Monday to Friday (8: 30 am-165438+0: 30 am; 3 pm to 5: 30 pm)

3. Certificate collection place: Room 840, Floor 8, Block B, Guomao Building, Xinxiang City.

(a) the personnel who have obtained the qualification certificate of construction engineer must be registered before they can practice in the name of construction engineer. The Ministry of Construction or its authorized institution is the registered management institution of the first-class construction engineer qualification.

(2) I applied for the qualification registration of first-class construction engineer, and after passing the preliminary examination by the construction administrative departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government or their authorized institutions, I reported it to the Ministry of Construction or its authorized institutions for registration. The Ministry of Construction or its authorized registration institution shall issue the "People's Republic of China (PRC) First-class Construction Engineer Registration Certificate" uniformly printed by the Ministry of Construction to the applicants who are approved to register.

(3) Applicants for registration must meet the following conditions:

1, and obtain the qualification certificate of construction engineer;

2. No criminal record;

3, good health, can insist on working in the post of construction engineer;

4. This unit has passed the examination.
