Dear old leaders, old comrades-in-arms and colleagues,

Today we are gathered together to hold a farewell banquet for six comrades who are about to retire and leave their posts. We specially invited retired directors, managers and former office managers of the former material front. We often say that getting together is fate, and being together is also a fate. Although this fate is not valued by us at ordinary times, when parting really comes, in the deep heart of each of us, it will ignite a feeling that is hard to give up. People always have to move forward. It is always a pleasure to be satisfied with the past and be complacent without seeking quality. Taking this opportunity, we sincerely wish the comrades who are about to retire and leave their posts to adjust their mentality, adapt to the new environment and start a new life.
