Why can’t I receive QQ group messages?

The failure to receive QQ group messages is caused by blocking settings. The solution is:

1. Open QQ and click on the avatar in the upper left corner.

2. Enter the personal information page and click Settings in the lower left corner.

3. Next, you will enter the settings page, as shown in the figure below.

4. Next, you need to click on the message notification, as shown in the figure below.

5. Enter the message notification settings page and click Group Message Settings.

6. Enter the group message setting page and click on the group card that needs to be set.

7. When the settings pop-up window pops up, click to receive message reminders, as shown in the figure below.
