How to use dynamic SMS?

1. Communication fee: users send relevant instructions to query dynamic short messages, and send JS to become free appreciation users. The communication fee is 0. 1 yuan/article (if the number of short messages exceeds 70 Chinese characters or 140 bytes, it will be charged as two). SMS forwarding is charged according to the user's normal package. Users don't charge any fees for answering the phone;
