Notice of banning fireworks and firecrackers in the central city of Xixian County

In order to effectively prevent and control urban noise and air pollution, and ensure public safety and people's health, according to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers in the State Council and the Implementation Plan for the Prohibition of Fireworks and Firecrackers in Xixian Central City, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Areas where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited: from _ River in the east, Huaihe River in the south, Qingshui River in the west, and Fiona Fang Avenue in the north (county funeral parlours can set off a few small firecrackers for funeral activities).

Second, all organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions, communities, villagers' committees, owners' committees of residential quarters, and property service enterprises in the forbidden area should do a good job in the management of the prohibition of fireworks and firecrackers in their own units and regions, and promptly discourage, stop and report violations of this circular.

3. Hotels, restaurants and various operators that provide festive and funeral activities in the forbidden area shall inform consumers in writing of the provisions prohibiting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers in order to discourage illegal discharge of fireworks and firecrackers; If dissuasion is ineffective, it shall report to the public security organ at the county level.

Four, in the area where fireworks are prohibited, or in a way that endangers public safety and personal and property safety, the county public security department shall order it to stop, and give warnings, fines and public security detention as appropriate.

Five, major celebrations need to set off fireworks, approved and announced by the county people's government.

Six, welcome people from all walks of life to actively support and supervise the work of banning fireworks and firecrackers in the central city of our county. Anyone who finds any violation of the provisions of this circular, please take the initiative to report to the county public security organs.
