Announcement on Nucleic Acid Testing of All Employees in the Main City and New Third District’s Lockdown Management

General Citizens Friends:

In order to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control and protect the health and life safety of the people, after comprehensive research and judgment, the main urban area and the New Third District have implemented lockdown management and nucleic acid testing of all employees. Relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Blockade Scope and Time

Blockade Scope: Jingxiu District, Lianchi District, High-tech Zone, Qingyuan District, Mancheng District, In Xushui District, all residents within the lockdown area implement the management measures of "regional closure, staying at home, and door-to-door services", and organize nucleic acid testing for all residents in accordance with relevant regulations.

Blockdown time: Starting from 15:00 on April 25, 2022, the lockdown will be tentatively scheduled for 3 days, and nucleic acid testing will be conducted on all employees. The lifting time will be notified later.

During the lockdown period, the city has sufficient reserves of daily necessities and a sound distribution system. Community cadres and volunteers will do their best to provide distribution services. Citizens are asked to stay at home and stay safe.

2. Nucleic acid testing time and arrangement

The nucleic acid testing time will be coordinated and arranged by each district, and sampling will be reasonably arranged according to the pre-plan. The testing targets are all residents in the area.

Those who have taken control measures such as centralized isolation and home health monitoring and have undergone nucleic acid testing will continue to be arranged and contacted for sampling by the responsible control unit.

Persons who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 for less than 48 hours will not participate in this round of nucleic acid testing. Please take the initiative to register with your community.

3. Precautions

All residents are asked to stay relatively still when doing nucleic acid tests at their place of residence, carry their resident ID cards, take personal protection, wear masks throughout the process, and stay in the area where they are. Under the arrangement of street, community, and village staff, nucleic acid tests are conducted at designated sampling points in an orderly manner.

For elderly people living alone, elderly people with medical problems, disabled people and other patients with limited mobility, please report to your neighborhood community in time and arrange door-to-door sampling services.

After the sampling is completed, please leave the sampling point and return home as soon as possible according to the prescribed route under the direction of the on-site staff. Before the nucleic acid results are released, please stay relatively still and do not go out at home.

It is the obligation of all residents to accept nucleic acid testing. Please actively cooperate to ensure that no one is left behind, no one is missed, and all necessary tests are done. For those who refuse to cooperate with nucleic acid testing, disrupt order, conceal reports, lie, or falsify information, the public security organs will pursue legal responsibilities in accordance with the law.

The general public is requested to fully cooperate with the nucleic acid testing work of all employees and jointly build a strong epidemic prevention barrier. We sincerely thank you for your support and cooperation!
