Bank of China and Bank of China can't find the name of the other bank in online bank transfer. What should I do?

If you transfer money to other domestic bank accounts through our online banking, you can enter some names (separated by spaces) of the bank to which the account is transferred. If you can't find the information of this bank, you can contact the receiving bank directly to confirm the accuracy of this bank's information, or consult whether it can be transferred to the superior branch for posting.
