Why can't the telecom users who keep the number receive the verification code?

2) Fixed-line users dial 16880 1 14 with their login number to obtain the verification code.

3) The mobile phone user clicks "Send" to get the verification code (you are expected to receive the verification code message in 2 minutes). If you don't receive the verification code in time, please wait patiently (this situation is generally due to the delay in sms channel), and don't click "Send" many times to avoid receiving multiple verification code messages.

4) After obtaining the verification code, enter the verification code in the box, and then click "Settlement Center".
