Can't China Bank and Mobile Banking reset their passwords?

1. Method 1: I bring any passbook or debit card associated with mobile banking and the valid ID card for opening this card/discount to the counter of any business outlet of Bank of China.

2. Method 2: Use any bank card that has been associated with mobile banking, and your mobile banking registration certificate is one of ID cards, military ID cards, passports and other documents, or you can retrieve it by yourself through the "Forgot Password/Reset Password" function on the login page of mobile banking. If you use mobile banking in the system self-service retrieval process, you must verify the withdrawal password of the debit card (credit card verification telephone inquiry password).

Tips:

1. If you enter the debit card password incorrectly twice through the electronic channel, you will be locked and unable to log in again, and you need to unlock it automatically the next day (if you enter it incorrectly four times through other channels, you will be locked and cannot use it again after entering it incorrectly 1 times through the electronic channel).

2. After the loss of the debit card is reported, you cannot use the card for verification, password reset and user name retrieval through personal online banking and mobile banking.

3. You don't need to enter an authentication tool when searching for passwords in the mobile banking query version.

4. The authentication method required for self-service password reset of mobile banking is "SMS+hardware binding", not a single SMS.

If the user has not changed his mobile phone (hardware binding has been completed), he can directly use a single mobile phone transaction code for authentication. If the user is not bound by hardware because of changing his mobile phone, face recognition verification is needed after completing a single SMS authentication.
