For the freezing, unfreezing and deduction business, the relevant legal documents shall be uniformly received by the special window and reviewed. If the special window can be handled directly when it meets the statutory conditions, it shall assist in handling it; If it cannot be handled directly, the staff of the special window shall affix the special official seal of the business on the relevant documents, and notify the business outlets of the bank where the person subjected to execution opens an account to handle freezing, unfreezing and deduction by fax or other effective means to prevent operational risks. After the completion of the business branch, it shall be promptly fed back to the special window, and the staff of the special window shall fill out the Receipt for Assistance in Execution (indicating the business branch) and return it to the people's court.

According to the Notice of the People's Bank of China on Issuing the Administrative Provisions on Financial Institutions' Assistance in Inquiry, Freezing and Deduction:

Sixteenth units or individuals to freeze deposits for a maximum of six months, and can continue after the expiration of the freezing period. The competent authority shall go through the formalities of freezing renewal before the expiration of the freezing period, and if it fails to go through the formalities of freezing renewal within the time limit, it shall be regarded as an automatic measure to lift the freezing.

Article 18 During the freezing period, financial institutions can unfreeze frozen deposits only if the competent authority that originally made the freezing decision makes a unfreezing decision and issues a notice on unfreezing deposits. If a unit or individual whose deposit has been frozen disagrees with the freezing, the financial institution shall inform it to contact the competent authority that made the freezing decision, and the financial institution shall not unfreeze the deposit by itself during the freezing period.
