Huawei mobile phone password lock screen forgot password. How to unlock it?

If your phone forgets the screen lock password or cannot be unlocked by entering the password, please try the following methods:

1 Confirm whether the password has been changed.

I suggest you think carefully whether you have changed your password, or whether you have confirmed with friends and relatives whether the lock screen password of your mobile phone has been changed by others when you are not carrying it; If it is a mixed password, be sure to pay attention to case sensitivity, underline, etc. Avoid entering the system by mistake.

2 confirm whether to use privacy space.

If the password number or password type of the screen lock interface has been changed/the password has not been set, but the screen is locked, it may be that you have opened the privacy space. Please enter the password of the privacy space and try to enter the system to try to solve it. Or you can restart the phone, which will be the main space by default.

3 confirm whether to use multi-users.

If the screen lock interface you are in is a sub-user interface, you can't unlock it with the main user password. We suggest you switch to the main user and try to unlock it. 4 Restore factory settings

If it is confirmed that you have forgotten your mobile phone password and need to unlock it, you can force the factory settings of your mobile phone to be restored. However, the data in the mobile phone will also be emptied and cannot be recovered. I suggest you recall whether you have backed up your mobile phone data through cloud backup or other means. I also suggest that you carefully think about whether you set/modified the password yourself, or please confirm with your relatives and friends whether the lock screen password was set by others when you didn't bring your mobile phone. (1) The phone is turned off and the USB cable is not connected. Press and hold the power button and the volume up button at the same time, wait for 5 seconds after the phone vibrates and enter the recovery mode.

(2) Select to clear data by pressing the volume up and down keys, and press the power button to confirm (some products support the restored touch screen operation, and you can click the touch screen to select the operation);

(3) By pressing the volume up and down keys, select to restore the factory settings, and press the power button to confirm;

Some models need to enter "Yes" for secondary confirmation before returning to factory settings, and you can complete it according to relevant prompts.

(4) After the factory settings are restored, the mobile phone will return to the recovery interface. Please click to restart the device.

If you enter the activation interface after restarting, it is because you have turned on the function of finding my mobile phone, and you can enter the system normally by entering the correct Huawei account password. If you forget the password of Huawei account, please click Retrieve. If the previous Huawei account has been cancelled (once the Huawei account is cancelled, all data will be deleted and cannot be recovered), you will not be able to log in to the Huawei account again to use the mobile phone.
