What if the ETC label is invalid?

What if the ETC label is invalid?

1. When connecting a new ETC device, gently press the tamper-proof button on the back, and the green light will flash briefly. The words "invalid label" and "please install the card" are displayed on the screen of the organic light-emitting diode, indicating that the equipment is all normal and can only be used if urged.

2. If ETC equipment fails due to looseness, it can be sent to ETC service point for inspection. If it is not artificially invalid, it can be called again.

Method of dealing with invalid ETC label

Try ETC self-service mode:

1. Continue to insert the ETC card twice until "Bluetooth on" is displayed on the screen of the electronic tag, and the Bluetooth display light of the device flashes or stays on for about 2 minutes. Please perform the corresponding Bluetooth connection operation quickly.

2. Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, open the WeChat applet of Yuetongbao app (please download the corresponding mobile app for free according to the well-known brands of electronic tags, generally download the QR code on the electronic tags), and enter the device alarm page.

3. Click on the device connection, select the model and specification of the device to be connected, and wait for the prompt of "successful connection".

4. After the matching is completed, verify it according to the reminder message, and then submit the photo of the front face of the car for review. After 3-5 days of approval, it can be used normally.

If the above ETC device calling method is still unsuccessful, the ETC device can only be sent to the ETC service point for a second call.
