What should I do if I don't receive a text message after my return visit?

To apply for a CMB credit card, you can check the progress in the following two ways: 1. Log in to the credit card website, click "Inquire about the progress of card handling/card delivery" at the top right of the home page, and enter the ID number according to the prompt to inquire; 2. Call the credit card customer service hotline -3 # for inquiry.

If you apply through the counter, it usually takes 10 working days from the receipt of your application materials by the audit department to the completion of the credit card. After approval, we will make a card for you within 2 working days, and then send it to you by registered mail according to the billing address. Generally, the sending time of registered letters is 15 days.

If we make an appointment online/by mobile phone, we need 7 working days for preliminary inspection. If the trial is successful, there are three situations: 1. The Commissioner will call you within 4 working days to arrange for issuing cards at home. 2. Send you a text message and go to any outlet of China Merchants Bank for a face-to-face interview within 30 days, and then issue the card after the face-to-face interview is passed. I will issue your card first, and then you can go to any China Merchants Bank to sign the activation card within 60 days.
