The reason why Huawei p20 indicator light is not on.

The mobile phone indicator doesn't work. If the corresponding indicator is normal some time ago, and then one day later, it is found that the corresponding indicator is not lit, such as the charging indicator or the SMS reminder indicator. In fact, this is not necessarily a problem with the mobile phone. We can go into the settings of the mobile phone and see if we accidentally moved this setting.

I take Huawei nova 5pro as an example, please refer to it.

For example, when we enter Settings-Display and Brightness, we can see the option of "Off-screen Display" in the bottom corner of the phone, as shown below.

When we click this "off-screen display" to enter, we should be able to see that this "off-screen display" button is closed, so when our mobile phone is off-screen, the displayed information such as time, date, SMS, and incoming call reminder will not "remind" you, and we can turn it on by clicking the button next to it.
