If the punished person refuses to accept the decision of the public security traffic management organ to temporarily suspend the driver's license, he may apply for reconsideration to the public security traffic management organ at the next higher level or the competent public security organ within five days after receiving the ruling, and the public security traffic management organ at the next higher level and the competent public security organ shall make a reconsideration decision within five days after receiving the application;

3. Those who refuse to accept the traffic management punishment, appeal beyond the time limit, or refuse to accept the punishment decision on the spot afterwards can be treated as people's letters and visits.

Motor vehicle drivers should abide by the provisions of laws and regulations on road traffic safety and drive safely and civilized in accordance with operational norms.
