3. 4. Counties (cities, districts, banners, municipalities and People coming to and returning copper from towns or streets in sub-provincial cities will be managed according to the personnel in medium- and high-risk areas.

5. People from Xi'an who move to our city shall follow the above policies (unless otherwise stipulated). At the same time, the passage of important material transport vehicles that hold valid passes and whose drivers and passengers hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate, a green health code, and a big data itinerary card with no history of residence in medium- and high-risk areas shall not be restricted.

6. All personnel coming to and returning from the copper market must take personal protection throughout the process. Upon arrival at the copper gate, they will check their health code, big data itinerary card and negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and undergo a nucleic acid test.
