1. According to the relevant work arrangements of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council, pay attention to the following epidemic prevention and control measures:

01 We encourage the general public to celebrate the National Day holiday locally and minimize cross-city travel to reduce the risk of epidemic spread.

02 Travel safely and orderly. Passengers must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours to take airplanes, high-speed rails, trains, inter-provincial long-distance passenger buses, inter-provincial passenger ships and other means of transportation.

03 Promote “on-the-ground inspection”. In accordance with the principle of "voluntary free pick-and-go, no restrictions on movement", cross-provincial migrant workers will be provided with a nucleic acid testing service immediately after arriving at their destination.

04 Check the negative certificate of valid nucleic acid test. When checking into hotels, hotels or tourist attractions and other crowded places, you must check the health code and a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours. Construction site personnel returning from other provinces must check a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.

05 Reduce unnecessary gathering activities. Large-scale gathering activities such as training, exhibitions, and theatrical performances will not be held unless necessary. If it really needs to be held, prevention and control measures must be implemented, and participants must scan the QR code to register and verify a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. We encourage people to hold weddings and funerals in a simple manner and minimize the number of people. When arriving in border counties by land, avoid holding large-scale gatherings of people.

2. People who need to travel or really need to travel, please pay attention to the following matters:

Before departure

01 Understand the epidemic situation of the destination before traveling. , do not go to medium- and high-risk areas or areas with local epidemic reports, it is recommended to choose short-distance travel; choose to make online reservations, avoid peak hours in scenic spots, and travel during off-peak hours.

02 Before departure, you must prepare enough medical masks, water-free hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, etc.; you must bring enough warm clothes to avoid catching a cold.

03 Those who have clinical symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat and so on within 7 days before travel should try to avoid unnecessary travel; the elderly, patients with chronic diseases, pregnant women and other people are not recommended to travel.

04 You can carry an "epidemic prevention bag". Before traveling, prepare a small anti-epidemic bag, which contains: multiple disposable medical surgical masks, 1 bottle of hand sanitizer approximately 60 ml/bottle, 1 pack of disinfectant wipes, 1 pack of dry paper towels, thermometer, and multiple disposable gloves and plastic bags.

Reminder: Alcohol-containing disinfectants are not allowed to be carried in passenger terminals and airports. Citizens can choose independent small packages of disinfectant cotton pads, disinfectant wipes or alcohol-free hand sanitizer. When traveling a long distance, it is recommended to carry some commonly used medicines with you, such as motion sickness medicine, cold medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, analgesics, band-aids, etc.

During the journey

01 Disposable medical masks or medical surgical masks should be worn correctly at all times in crowded or closed public places.

02 When buying tickets, going through security checks, waiting for buses, walking around on platforms and using escalators, when waiting in line at stations, scenic spots and other places, try to keep a distance of more than 1 meter from other passengers and reduce conversations as much as possible. Choose to wait in a well-ventilated area. Try to avoid crowds of people when visiting scenic spots.

03 Pay attention to hand hygiene. When there is no running water to wash hands on public transportation, you can use hand sanitizer or disinfectant wipes to clean your hands. In any case, wash your hands with soap or hand sanitizer and running water immediately upon arrival at your destination. Try not to touch your eyes, nose, mouth and other parts with your hands before cleaning.

04 Choose hotels and hotels with good hygiene and complete ventilation facilities, and open windows for ventilation in a timely manner after checking in.

05 During the journey, be sure to record the itinerary, including the flight frequency, time and seat number of public transportation such as airplanes and trains, the name and address of the restaurant or hotel where you will be staying, and the names of traveling companions and other information.

After returning

01 After returning, if you find that you or your family members have been to medium- and high-risk areas or areas with local epidemic reports in the past 7 days, or have crossed paths with positive infected people Please be sure to proactively report to your community, work unit or hotel where you are staying as soon as possible, and cooperate with health management tasks such as medical isolation observation or health monitoring.

02 Citizens after returning from travel must carry out corresponding health management and 7-day self-health monitoring in accordance with relevant epidemic prevention requirements. If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue, etc., you must wear a disposable medical mask or above, go to the nearest fever clinic for investigation and treatment in a timely manner, and try to avoid taking public transportation during the medical treatment process.
