After the loan is overdue, the victim's debt is maliciously raised by high renewal fees and overdue fees, and the victim or his relatives and friends are forced to ask for false debts by soft and violent means such as "bombing" the address book, "bombing" phone messages, threats, insults, and pictures. The victim has 6.5438+million, defrauded more than 48 million yuan, and extorted more than 2.4 million yuan, which is extremely huge.
