I. Overview

The first batch of concentrators submitted by State Grid Electric Power Research Institute in April 2009 have passed the tests before and after winning the bid in many provinces and cities in China in recent two years. The concentrator software has good compatibility and applicability. The same software version can cooperate well with the main station systems of nearly 20 provinces and cities in China, and the same software version can match the local carrier module, local wireless module and local Mbus module of various relay networking modes.

Second, the technical characteristics

Industrial 32-bit ARM9 processor, Linux operating system, the only embedded database technology concentrator in China.

It supports each carrier or wireless local module, and is the only adaptive concentrator in China. It also supports local module routing or concentrator routing meter reading.

Intelligent concentrator relay routing meter reading algorithm (based on the statistical analysis ability and speed of embedded database data mining), the average real-time meter reading speed of each household is 3 to 4 seconds, and the real-time meter reading rate of mainstream manufacturers is 100%.

The data storage capacity of concentrator is 128M, and it adopts embedded database technology, which has stronger data access management ability.

Support file transfer and remote upgrade with high compression, breakpoint continuation and out-of-order packaging. The compressed files to be upgraded are reduced by more than half, and the upgrade transmission speed and reliability are improved year-on-year.

Support local automatic upgrade of USB flash drive.

Support SMS measurement and control and settings.

PPP multiplexing uplink communication technology is enabled in both hardware and software.

At the same time, it supports USB master-slave port, Ethernet client and server, PPP client and server, local serial port, infrared and 485 interface.

There is no limit to the number of concentrators in the concentrator cascade, and the whole process is set to zero. No matter whether it is one-to-many or many-to-one master and slave, it can be cascaded at the same time.

The concentrator supports Telnet to execute rich Linux commands after remote login, such as file transfer tftp, file editing and copying.

Excellent electromagnetic compatibility, the system can accurately read meter under the interference of high voltage spike, strong magnetic field, strong static electricity, lightning surge, large-scale temperature change and so on.
