Why can't I send a text message but I can receive it?

If the mobile phone can't send SMS, you can try to restart the mobile phone or change the card to check whether the following conditions exist:

1. Whether the SMS center number is set correctly, please enter the correct SMS center number;

Second, there is no signal or the mobile phone battery is insufficient;

Third, the mobile phone shields the short message sending function;
