You can apply for deleting duplicate mobile phone numbers in other customers' names at any business outlets in China with your valid ID card and Certificate of Holding Mobile Phone Number.

Mobile phone number holding proof materials include the following two types:

1. If you hold the mobile phone number for three months, you must hold the mobile phone payment list issued by the operator for three consecutive months;

2. If you have held the mobile phone number for less than three months, you must hold the information receipt issued by the operator when purchasing the number as proof.
