Apple 4 mobile phone has stopped. After I restored it with iTunes, I couldn't find the text message. What should I do?

1. Open iTunes and click->-> in the menu bar; Preferences-> devices, where there will be various time points of device backup. From here, you can recover all the data at that time point, including photos, address books, memos and other original data.

Note: the device needs to be connected to the computer that was originally backed up before it can be recovered. The recovered data is limited to the data that was backed up at that time, and subsequent data will be lost.

2. Restore operation: Open iTunes and press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+S to bring up the iTunes sidebar. Then select the device first, and then click the Restore Backup button. Then select the time to restore the data in the pop-up window, and then click the Restore button, and iTunes will automatically complete the restore operation.

Note: In the process of automatic recovery, in order to avoid errors, please don't do anything to the iOS device.
