2. 3. 5. When the fire monitoring center cannot cut off the electrical equipment on the fire floor and related floors, the BAS (Building Automation Control) monitoring room will be responsible for cutting off.

6. The electrical personnel on duty should ensure the normal power supply of fire protection equipment (fire pumps, sprinkler pumps, etc.), and the fire floor and related floors cannot be cut off in the fire monitoring center and BAS (Building Automation Control) monitoring room. When the power supply and electrical equipment are switched off, the electrical personnel on duty shall manually cut off the power supply.

7. The on-duty police officers quickly opened the two side doors. The on-duty police officers who arrived were responsible for maintaining order at the fire scene and preventing crowd congestion.
