Usually there was one. I remember that someone in our bank received a text message less than a minute after withdrawing money from the ATM. A transaction is only reminded once, and it will be prompted as soon as there is a change. You should try it immediately after the first transaction. If it fails, let the bank staff solve it immediately, and there will generally be no problems in the future.
