1: Enter the single number for online inquiry, and open the home page "Express consignment-express tracking-express inquiry with single number". Enter the single number and verification code in the opened page, and click Query.

2. SMS inquiry: edit the SMS "CD waybill number" and send it to10698000111for inquiry.

3. Inquire about the order number by mail, and enter "Express Mail-Express Tracking-Mail Inquiry Express" on the home page, and enter the order number, email address and inquiry content on the opened page. The sending notification mail is received within four hours after the express delivery, the in-transit notification mail is received from 8: 00 to 20: 00 every day, and the signing notification mail is received after the express delivery is signed.

4. For online customer service inquiry, click "Online Customer Service" in the upper right corner of the homepage, and then select "Manual Service". Enter the contents to be inquired in the pop-up dialog box. If you forget the bill number, you can inform the customer service, and then provide the name of the recipient and the name of the sender for registration inquiry.
