Change of Bank of China Personal Express Mobile Phone Number

BOC personal customers’ SMS notification of mobile phone number changes:

1. Bank of China counters and BOC smart counters: those over 16 years old must present their valid identity documents, a passbook that has pre-activated the SMS service, or Debit cards and mobile phones can be used at Bank of China's nationwide network outlets. Agents are not allowed. If you are under 16 years old, you must be handled by a guardian, who must provide a household registration booklet or other supporting materials.

2. Bank of China Personal Mobile Banking: Select Account Management, "Click on the relevant account-Account Movement Notice-Select the mobile phone number that needs to be modified-Modify", and follow the page prompts.

3. Bank of China Personal Online Banking: Select bank account-Account SMS Service-SMS Service Management "Select Account-Next-Modify" and follow the page prompts.
