Wechat account password is forgotten, and mobile phone complaints always fail because of complaints. The solution is:

1. First, you need to click "Retrieve Password" at the bottom of the login page, as shown in the figure below.

2. Next, you need to select "Appeal to retrieve the password of WeChat account", as shown in the figure below.

3. Check the terms of the page, agree to the terms, and click "Start Appeal", as shown in the figure below.

4. Next, you need to drag the puzzle to the appropriate position to complete the verification, as shown in the figure below.

5. As shown in the two options, select "Remember Micro Signal" to fill in the micro signal and the mobile phone number that can accept SMS.

6. If you don't remember the micro signal, you need SMS verification.

7. Then enter the mobile phone numbers of two WeChat friends and click "Next" to wait for the appeal result, which will be notified by SMS within 24 hours, as shown below.
