If the employer declares that the average monthly salary for 2022 is less than 3,832 yuan, the payment base will be adjusted to the lower limit of 3,832 yuan; for employees who declare that the monthly average salary is higher than 17,925.42 yuan (the upper limit of the payment base in 2021), the employer will pay The base is adjusted to the actual salary and is capped at 19,160 yuan; employees who declare an average monthly salary between 3,832 yuan and 17,925.42 yuan will not adjust the payment base.
