Does China Unicom have something similar to Fetion?

Fetion's business is mobile, but the original Fetion has been updated to "Fetion 2012 Sun" on July 4, 2012, and is now open to China Unicom and China Telecom users for registration. After China Unicom and Telecom customers register as Fetion customers, text messages sent to China Unicom or Fetion friends will be counted as 50 free text messages/month. When the free number is used up, the points can be redeemed for text message packages. If you do not redeem the text message package, you cannot sending a text message.
